Ok folks, here are just a few website features that annoy visitors prompting either human visitors or important search engines to bounce off your site quicker than you can say "Hey Wait"

1. Flash Intros pages is death to your website because search engines can't read the code so they won't even be able to make it to your real webpage that contains all your content. They don't see the "Skip Intro" or "Enter" option...
2. Flash headers that take a long time to load and reload every time you visit a new page.
3. Music on a website. What may make you feel dreamy or excited just might make the other person fall asleep or get really annoyed and leave not even looking for the turn music off switch. That is if you have one on your site.
4. Images that take way too long to load. This is an obvious red flag that the webmaster has no clue as to how to load optimized images. If this is you... shame on you... you amateur you...
5. Blurry images... trying to make a photo larger to fit in a space or get a better look... Sure go ahead and grab a corner and pull.. stretch that image... Then all you have is a distorted looking picture that is once again done by an amateur not knowing what he or she is doing. If you think it's ok... think again... These things make visitors go away quickly. You need clean, clear crisp images... Maybe you really should hire a professional if you don't know how to edit images properly. Ya gotta know the difference between a 72dpi image and a 300dpi image and what a pixel is.
6. Animated little icons that you think is cute, typically aren't... they're what 1st year web developers learn to do as well as nerdy kids at home with nothing to do.
7. Using Excessively large or small fonts
8. Using fonts that are not true type fonts
9. Links that don't work really makes some folks angry.
10. Pop-Ups, Pop-Unders, and pushed advertising...
