usually come in three forms.
- Those that use free (open source) shopping cart

system that works, that has live customer support
and usually have no bugs in the system.

They're very attractive up front because they are
FREE. However, when something goes haywire and it just

Customer service comes in the form of either an
extensive FAQ page that may or may not help or you are
directed to a forum of other people that are using or

you are lucky you may get a response to your question
the same day. But all too often you get responses from "Wanna_be"
experts that give you advice based on what they think
might be the fix or they just don't understand the
question, or they offer you a "Hey Pay Me" and I'll fix
it for you service and that can be just the tip of the
iceberg to your problems.
Most people also don't like paying high monthly fees
as they tend to add-up over a year. So many look at
those shopping cart solutions that are a one-time fee
with live customer service.
We believe in this approach as well. Buy a one time
fee license for your domain name gives you a set fee
with usually great support. There are so many shopping
cart systems out there that not all webmasters have high
proficiency in all of them so a good customer
service/tech help service is essential. This gives
you the website owner quick turnaround when you run into
a glitch or problem that your webmaster can't
immediately figure out.
We don't like working with free "open source"
shopping cart systems. Our experience shows us that if
you choose a monthly or pre-paid shopping cart system
that your setup time is much quicker and you usually get
what you want.
